Package Protection Terms & Conditions

Important: Parcelra Package Protection is a voluntary protection program offered by Parcelra. It is not an insurance policy issued by a licensed insurance company.
Purpose
Parcelra Package Protection provides eligible users with protection of up to ₽20,000 for qualifying deliveries completed through the Parcelra platform. It is intended to increase trust between Senders and Travelers and is not an insurance policy issued by a licensed insurance company.
Eligibility
Deliveries must be booked through Parcelra. Both parties must be verified. Package information must be accurate. Communication and payment must remain on Parcelra. The package must comply with Parcelra's prohibited items policy.
Coverage
Eligible claims may include loss or physical damage while the package is in the Traveler's possession. Compensation is limited to the verified value of the item and capped at ₽20,000.
Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers must exercise reasonable care, follow Parcelra policies, report issues promptly, and cooperate with investigations.
Traveler Payments
Travelers are paid only after successful delivery is confirmed. If a package is lost before delivery, the Traveler will not receive payment. Parcelra may temporarily hold payment while a claim is investigated.
Exclusions
No coverage for cash, prohibited items, perishables, inadequate packaging, ordinary wear and tear, customs actions, delivery delays, or fraudulent claims.
Claims
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours with the transaction ID, photographs, proof of value, and any requested evidence.
Fraud
Fraudulent activity may result in claim denial, account suspension or termination, forfeiture of protection benefits, withheld payments, and legal action where permitted.
Final Decision
Parcelra reserves the right to investigate all claims and make the final determination regarding eligibility and compensation.
