Terms of Service
Last Updated: 13 July 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to Parcelra.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Sender," "Traveler," "you," or "your") and Parcelra ("Parcelra," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the Parcelra website, mobile applications, software, APIs, and all related products, features, content, and services (collectively, the "Platform").
Parcelra is a technology marketplace that connects verified individuals who wish to send packages ("Senders") with verified individuals who are traveling to the package's destination ("Travelers"). Through the Platform, users may create accounts, complete identity verification, list trips, submit delivery requests, communicate with one another, make payments, track transactions, and access additional services offered by Parcelra from time to time.
Parcelra's primary role is to provide the technological infrastructure that enables users to discover one another, communicate securely, complete identity verification, process payments, and facilitate package delivery transactions. Except where expressly stated in writing, Parcelra does not own, possess, transport, warehouse, or physically handle any package listed or delivered through the Platform. Parcelra is not a courier service, freight forwarder, shipping carrier, postal operator, customs broker, logistics provider, or common carrier. Delivery services are performed by independent Travelers who voluntarily accept delivery requests through the Platform.
Every user of Parcelra is required to complete identity verification before accessing core marketplace features. Verification may include, but is not limited to, government-issued identification, passport verification, selfie verification, phone verification, email verification, biometric verification where permitted by law, and any additional verification methods that Parcelra reasonably considers necessary to maintain the safety, security, and integrity of the Platform.
By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, listing a trip, submitting a package, accepting a delivery request, completing identity verification, making a payment, or otherwise interacting with Parcelra, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with all additional policies, guidelines, notices, and agreements published by Parcelra, including but not limited to the Package Protection Policy, Privacy Policy, Prohibited Items Policy, Community Guidelines, Refund Policy, Traveler Agreement, Sender Agreement, and any future policies that Parcelra may adopt.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account or participating in any transaction through Parcelra.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including Senders, Travelers, recipients, business users, visitors, advertisers, vendors, partners, developers, and any individual or organization accessing Parcelra's services, regardless of geographic location.
Parcelra operates across multiple countries and jurisdictions. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including customs regulations, import and export controls, sanctions laws, aviation security requirements, consumer protection laws, and tax obligations. Parcelra does not guarantee that its services are available, appropriate, or lawful in every jurisdiction.
Parcelra continually develops and improves its Platform. Accordingly, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, replace, discontinue, or introduce new products, services, features, pricing structures, technologies, verification requirements, or operational procedures at any time, with or without prior notice, where permitted by applicable law. Continued use of the Platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated services and any applicable policies.
Nothing contained in these Terms shall be interpreted as creating a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, employment relationship, franchise, fiduciary relationship, or legal representative relationship between Parcelra and any user. Travelers operate independently and retain full responsibility for their own actions, decisions, and legal obligations while using the Platform.
Parcelra is committed to maintaining a trusted, secure, and transparent marketplace built on verified identities, responsible conduct, and mutual accountability. Every user shares responsibility for protecting the integrity of the Platform by complying with these Terms, acting honestly, respecting applicable laws, and treating other members of the Parcelra community with fairness and professionalism.
