This Policy forms part of the Parcelra Terms of Service. By using Parcelra, all users agree to comply with this Policy.

2. Sender and Traveler Responsibilities

Senders are solely responsible for accurately declaring the contents of every package before requesting delivery.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they understand what they are transporting and should refuse any package that appears suspicious, undeclared, or different from its description.

Parcelra does not inspect every package before shipment and relies on users to provide truthful and accurate information.

3. Prohibited Items

The following items may not be listed, shipped, or transported through Parcelra:

Dangerous chemicals, flammable materials, and hazardous substances.

Counterfeit or stolen goods.

Human organs, human remains, or biological specimens.

Live animals and endangered wildlife.

Goods intended for illegal or fraudulent activities.

Any item that poses a danger to people, aircraft, property, or the environment.

4. Restricted Items

Temporary or permanent account suspension.

Recovery of losses caused to Parcelra.

Reporting to regulatory authorities or law enforcement where appropriate.

Users remain solely responsible for any legal consequences arising from prohibited or restricted items.
